    OFFICE MANAGER (OFFICIAL TITLE) - CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS - LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT - MULTIMEDIA PRODUCTION - PROCESS IMPROVEMENT

    Lead office operations for a distribution center administrative team responsible for payroll, data processing, order management, transportation services, claims, route closeout, and accounts payable.

    Created True Value Media, a multimedia platform for training, recognition, communication, and employee engagement.

    Produced corporate video and communication projects requested by executive leadership for internal teams and retailer-facing messages.

    Translate operational needs into clear communication tools that improve alignment, training, and execution.

    Systems Administrator

    Alongside my role as Office Manager and Corporate Communications, I also support operational systems in my additional role as Systems Administrator: including Zebra order fill equipment, computers, printers, network servers, access points, and telecommunications.

    Improved documentation and workflow efficiency through centralized print server network-wide implementation and electronic OCR record conversion.

    Store Manager

    Mardel is a subsidiary of Hobby Lobby Stores. Solely in charge of this $2MM annual sales operation including hiring, orientation, staff placement and development, scheduling and payroll, disciplinary issues, inventory control, merchandising, and customer service.

    Voted #1 store in the company for customer service for two years in a row. 

    In 2016, my store had the highest internal audit score in the entire company. 

    Additionally, I was training for District Manager level position.  After leaving in 2008 for a business manager position, I was welcomed back in 2015 where I resumed my position as a Store Manager.

    Practice Operations & Marketing Manager

    Managing all aspects of the clinic office including developing and implementing clinic policies and procedures, supervising office staff, maintaining medical and staff records, monitoring budget and billing payments, maintaining inventory records, communicating with doctor and staff in regard to patients and compliance issues, as well as supply orders.  Responsible for vaccination administration, handling, and inventory.  Manage clinic finances and report financial position to the hospital board.  Ensure compliance with Medicaid program. 

    Also manage marketing and social media presence, as well as community outreach whereby we have significantly increased our patient count. 

    In 2018, I created a media campaign during which the local channel, Fox, aired the commercial I produced on television.

    Business Manager

    Director of business and accounting functions for the corporation as well as handling all Human Resources, Benefits and Payroll processing for the church and school ministry. 

    Designed complete policy, procedure, and review standards and guidelines from scratch.  Spearheaded compliance initiatives with labor and accounting procedures. 

    Prepared and presented financial reports to deacon board, school board, and publicly to church body.  $4MM dollar cash flow per year.

    Current Board Member

    As a member of the board, I have volunteered my expertise in creative media to refresh the brand identity of the organization and improve the public perception of the foundation.  We meet on a monthly basis to discuss current fundraising opportunities, ways to increase exposure and fundraising, as well as who is the recipients of the scholarship funds.
